About
Hi, I'm Joey! I'm an older backpacker sharing my adventures in backpacking, vanlife, and blazing your own path. Unexpected life changes inspired me to try lots of things I thought I could never do. From thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail (plus trails across the county) to traveling in a DIY camper van and renovating my old house, I revel in a challenge. Won't you join me?
