1. Why we built TubeWizz
Every day, thousands of hours of video go unwatched — not because the content isn’t good, but because the title, thumbnail, hook, and metadata never gave it a fair chance. The biggest channels solve this with full-time editors, thumbnail designers and SEO managers. Everyone else either burns weekends doing it manually or skips it entirely.
We built TubeWizz so a solo creator at midnight has the same toolkit a 50-person studio gets paid to run. Upload a video — within minutes you have three title angles, optimized descriptions, chapters, hashtags, tags, and AI thumbnails generated from your real video frames and brand voice. No prompt engineering, no copy-pasting between five different SaaS tabs.

2. Our mission
Help every YouTube creator — regardless of channel size, language, or budget — make better decisions faster, by turning the time-consuming parts of the publishing workflow into one-click actions backed by real channel data.
We don’t believe in dashboards full of vanity metrics. Every screen in TubeWizz exists to answer a question a creator actually asks: which title should I pick? which niche pays? what are my competitors doing this week? why did this video drop off at 0:14?

4. How we build
- Ship fast, iterate publicly. New features and improvements appear in the changelog the day they go live — usually with a Turkish technical note for transparency and an English user-facing summary.
- Real data over generic prompts. When the AI Assistant says “your last 7 videos had 41% average hook rate,” it’s reading your real YouTube Analytics — not making it up.
- Never train on your videos. Your uploads exist long enough to produce the output you asked for, then drop from temporary storage. We do not sell, share, or train AI models on your content. See the Privacy Policy.
- Honest tools. If a calculation depends on private YouTube Studio data (watch hours, strikes, AdSense), we say so — instead of inventing a fake ✅. Example: the Monetization Checker verifies the public subscriber threshold and points you to Studio for the rest.
- Independent. No investors dictating roadmap. Every feature is shaped by what creators ask for — not quarterly growth targets.
5. The company
TubeWizz is a project of Facty OÜ, an independent software company based in Estonia 🇪🇪. We focus on building software for content creators and small media teams — products that respect their time and their data.
We’re a small team. That’s on purpose. It means we can ship a fix the same day you report it, and it means the person you email at info@tubewizz.com is the same person who wrote the code.

6. Get in touch
We love hearing from creators — what’s working, what’s missing, what bug you just found, what tool you wish existed.
