A cryptographic random seed is used for each giveaway and stored on the results page. Since the seed + comment list + algorithm are all public, the winner can be deterministically verified.

When a giveaway is completed, a unique link like /giveaway/results/[slug] is generated. This page shows winners, giveaway date, and participant count, the channel owner shares it, viewers verify it.

No limit. We can fetch all comments on a video using YouTube's commentThreads.list API (paginated).

Unique comment (one entry per person), subscriber requirement, minimum comment length, like count (most liked comments). All optional.

No, with the unique filter enabled, the same user cannot win more than once. If the filter is disabled, it's possible.

Yes, all your giveaways are listed on the /tools/giveaway page. Public results pages are permanent.
