YouTube Automation that runs while you film
Set a rule once. When a new video goes public, TubeWizz cuts it into Shorts and writes a community post for it. Shorts go to YouTube in your time slots, after you approve or automatically. Posts wait one paste from shared.

You stay in control
- 01
Approval queue
Every Short waits for your OK unless you switch that rule to post automatically.
- 02
Pause any rule
One switch stops a rule. When you turn it back on, it only uses videos published after that.
- 03
Daily upload limit
YouTube limits how many videos apps can upload a day. TubeWizz uploads up to 3 Shorts a day in total, so on a busy day yours go up the next day, on their own.
- 04
Community posts stay yours
YouTube has no API for community posts, so we prepare them and you share them.
- 05
Problems are flagged
Out of credits or YouTube needs reconnecting? You get a notification, and the rule shows what to fix.
- 06
Every brand separate
Each brand keeps its own rules, channel and time zone.
How rules work
Trigger
A new video goes public on your channel. TubeWizz checks about once an hour.
Action
TubeWizz cuts Shorts or writes a community post.
Your approval
Approve, edit or reject from the queue.
Result
Shorts go up in your time slots. Posts are one paste from shared.
Questions about YouTube automation
What counts as a new video?
A video that goes public on the connected channel after you turn the rule on. Older uploads are never used. The Shorts rule uses videos above the minimum length you pick (1, 3, 8 or 15 minutes, up to 60 minutes). The community post rule can cover every video or only those over 3 or 8 minutes. TubeWizz checks for new videos about once an hour.
Can I edit a Short before it posts?
Yes. Edit the title, description and tags from the queue, or reject the clip. Your edited text is kept exactly as you wrote it.
Can it post Shorts automatically?
Yes. Switch the rule from Ask me to Automatically. With One per day, Shorts are always public, because YouTube only schedules public videos. Pick As soon as ready to post them unlisted or private. Uploads share a daily limit, so on a busy day a Short goes up the next day.
Why doesn’t TubeWizz post the community post for me?
YouTube has no public API for community posts, so no app can publish them. TubeWizz writes the post and makes the image. You copy the text, open your channel’s Posts tab, paste and mark it as shared.
What if a rule can’t run?
If you’re out of credits or YouTube needs reconnecting, you get a notification and the rule shows what to fix: Add credits or Reconnect YouTube. Once it’s fixed, the rule picks up again on the next hourly check.
What does it cost?
Shorts Automation uses 2 credits per new video, or 3 with an AI cover. A community post uses 1 credit with the square image and is free as text only. If you run out of credits, the post is still written as text only.
