YouTube MCP: your channel’s data, inside your AI assistant
Connect TubeWizz to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor. Ask about your videos in plain language and get answers built on your real numbers, without switching tabs.
Same question, very different answer
A general assistant can only guess about your channel. With TubeWizz connected it reads your numbers first.
WITHOUT MCP
Popular formats right now include tutorials, reviews and “day in the life” videos. Consider what your audience enjoys, research trending topics, and stay consistent with your niche…
Generic advice. It can’t see your channel.
WITH TUBEWIZZ MCP
Your tutorial videos bring most of your views, but two of them lose viewers in the first 30 seconds. Comments on your top video keep asking for a beginner’s setup guide. Here are three titles and a thumbnail concept for it.
Built from your niches, retention and comments. Example output.
Your real channel data
Subscribers, views, revenue, retention and audience countries from your connected channel, not guesses.
The TubeWizz tools
SEO packages, thumbnails, Shorts and research, run from inside the chat.
Plain language
Ask the way you’d ask a producer. No dashboards, filters or exports.
Same account everywhere
Connect Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor to the same TubeWizz account and the same data.
Read-only on YouTube
Your assistant can read and draft. It never uploads, edits or deletes on your channel.
Two-minute setup
Paste one URL or one config block, sign in, done. No code and no API key.

What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to outside tools and data. The TubeWizz MCP server gives your assistant access to your channel data and the TubeWizz tools, so it can answer with your real numbers.
Which AI tools can I use it with?
Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor have step-by-step guides above. Any other client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth works too, such as Claude Code, Codex, VS Code or Gemini CLI.
Which plan do I need?
The MCP server works on every TubeWizz plan, including Free. Reading your channel data and looking up public channels are free; tools that create something, like thumbnails, SEO packages or Shorts, use the same credits as in the app. Channel analytics need your YouTube channel connected to a TubeWizz brand.
Do I need an API key?
No. You connect with a one-time sign-in to your TubeWizz account, and your AI client keeps the connection. There is nothing to copy, store or rotate.
Can my AI change my YouTube channel?
No. Through MCP your assistant can read your data and create drafts such as titles, descriptions or thumbnails. It never uploads, edits or deletes anything on YouTube; publishing stays with you.
Does it use my YouTube API quota?
No. Requests go through TubeWizz’s own connection, not a YouTube API project of yours.
How do I disconnect?
Remove the connector in your AI tool, then disconnect it in TubeWizz → Settings → AI agents. Disconnecting there cuts that client off right away.
Ask your AI about your channel today
Connect once, then use TubeWizz from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client.
